Standard times are 9:00am-9:30am drop off and 3:00am-3:30pm pick up. We offer early drop off from 8:30-9:00 and late pick up 3:30pm-4:30pm.
Your child needs to bring a packed lunch, plenty of drink (water or squash in a refillable bottle) and dressed in appropriate sportswear / tracksuit. Children taking part in football need shin pads. Only trainers / astro turf trainers are permitted for children attending football at the Rugby venue, no football boots are allowed.
You can either book a single day or make a block booking. Upon booking you will be asked which dates you would like to book.
School years 1 - 8.
As a Community Interest Company we aim to make the activities / courses accessible to all children with costs presented at budget pricing. All profits created are re-invested into projects to support the local community.
Each instructor is assigned an activity / course group of 10-15 children for younger age groups and 15-20 children for older age groups.
1. Registration is made through the Booking Page.
2. Click 'Register & pay now' in blue.
3. The first payment screen will then load up titled 'Session selection’.
4. On the left hand side you will see ‘Filter by’, please click ‘All locations’ and then from the drop down menu select ‘United Kingdom’.
5. Once selected ‘United Kingdom’ a venue drop down list will appear, please tick the venue box you would like to book for.
6. After ticking applicable venue box please enter the start and end dates you require in the ‘dates’ box below. Further preferences can be completed such as age and years but the options should of been refined enough from the first two information inputs.
7.All activities / courses for the applicable venue and dates will then be listed in the centre of the payment screen. Please tick the activities / courses dates you require and click ‘ADD’ to save selections made.
Note: Early Drop Off and Late Pick Up options are presented as an additional option further down the booking process.
8.Once you have completed selections click ‘CONTINUE’.
9.On the following page please enter your email address in box 1.
10.The payment system will then ask you to complete box 2 on the same page and guide you through applicable details for the children you are booking in.
Once the booking process is completed you shall receive email confirmation which will list the activity / course booked, dates, times and most importantly your child’s name.

Each day is structured around different themes. For instance multi sports cover many different sports every day from dodgeball to kwik cricket. Football activities have themed days such as a keepie up competition and a penalty shootout. Dance themes range from street dance to tap with ranging routines put together from High School Musical to Michael Jackson. Every day is structured to encourage maximum participation in order for each child to benefit from the activities and programmes delivered.
All our of school holiday facilities are on educational sites ranging from infants schools to senior educational buildings. Facilities must meet our safeguarding standards and be practical for the activities provided.
Instructors are experienced and hold specific sport & performing arts qualifications relevant to each activity / course, fully enhanced DBS checks, child protection certified and first aid trained.
Each instructor has accredited sport and performing arts qualifications for the specific activities / courses being provided. Qualifications are wide ranging from such sports as football, gymnastics, tennis and archery.
